In 2014, amidst shared dinners, long conversations, and tastings of spirits infused with fruits and spices—created out of pure pleasure and curiosity—the enthusiasm of those who tasted them revealed that it was possible to transform this passion into a truly special liqueur.

What followed was a period of patience, sensitivity, and refinement. Various aromas were combined, separated, and reunited in carefully studied proportions. Through tastings and experiments, the recipe gained personality, depth, and its own identity—the result of a balance between science and intuition, where every detail is considered and time is an essential part of the creation.
