How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered within 3 to 6 working days in mainland Portugal, except in exceptional circumstances. Deliveries are not made at weekends or on public holidays.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to mainland Portugal and all other countries within the European Union.

You can also choose free collection from our premises in Póvoa de Lanhoso.

Is delivery free?

Yes. Orders of €49 or more delivered to mainland Portugal qualify for free delivery. Delivery charges are always displayed before you complete your purchase.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order.

The product must be returned sealed, intact and unused.

Can I return opened beverages?

No. For reasons of hygiene and food safety, opened products cannot be returned.

What payment methods are available?

MB WAY, Multibanco, credit card, bank transfer and PayPal.

Payments are processed through secure external platforms.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Payment details are not stored on our website and are processed through certified and secure systems.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued within 14 days of confirmation of the return, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Who can purchase?

The sale of alcoholic beverages is restricted to persons aged 18 and over. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of non-compliance.
